The Final Chapter

Our Beloved Casey

On May 27, 2005 at 1300 hs, it is with heavy hearts and tear-filled eyes, that we must grieve the passing of Casey Celtic Charm (affectionately-Casey). We miss him dearly; our tears flow endlessly.

After a brave battle with a recent illness, we both felt it was best, humane and dignified to allow Casey his final journey toward the rainbow bridge. Our decision was to say the least difficult, very painful and one of the most heart wrenching ever.

We both feel deep within our hearts and soul he is now at peace within his ethereal spirit, where he is without pain or discomfort. We know he will eagerly and patiently (if necessary) await our arrival home, when we will all be together once again.

We take some small comfort, by choosing to remember the happy memories that we were richly given throughout his 13 years. Casey will never be a forgotten memory; he will forever be in our hearts.

Rarely does a living being touch you in a way that can have such a profound effect on the way you view and experience life. Casey was just such a spirit! He enjoyed ever moment of life, as if it was his last on this earth. He always shined his life light on everyone who met him.

He indeed lived up to his name that we gave him, charming and gentle to his end. He sweetly offered a gentle and loving lick (kiss) to anyone who offered him kindness. So many have commented how special he was and how much he will be missed.

Sleep so peacefully dear friend, for we have known no greater and endearing friendship than the one you have to shown us. You have given so much love, loyalty and asked for nothing in return. We understood you never expected that we could ever love you this much, WE DID! We shall miss you in ways that words cannot adequately express.

There are no "Good-byes, there are only, we will see you soon good friend "!

In memory of our beloved Casey, this web site will continue to exist. This will be his lasting legacy.

For us, we can only hope that there are happier times in our future. Only time will tell.
