Callie's Arrival

June 30th – the day of Callie’s arrival is upon us all. We gave great forethought of just ‘how should we introduce Callie to Colby’. How would Colby think of this new life situation? We came to the conclusion that it was best to take Colby with us to the airport when the ‘special delivery’ came so he could witness the events as we did, and not bring home the ‘bundle of joy’ home onto ‘his turf’ without his fore-knowledge. The solution was perfect in every sense of the word – the results certainly speak for themselves in the photos shown below. They bonded quickly as if from they were from the same family – all is good, why did we worry.
