After completely reading the entire awards program and you are confident that your submission meets the posted criteria, please advance to the application page. You may apply using the application form or e-mail applications, both are accepted.

We would encourage each applicant to review the terms of use, and privacy policy before submitting the application. It is also very important to be certain that all required information is correct and complete to avoid the disappointment of disqualification.

You will receive a letter of confirmation of receipt of your application within 72 hours. Signing our guestbook is neither a requirement nor a condition for your award application. We invite future applicants to visit our winners pages to get a very good impression of the quality of website we are seeking.

The application is reviewed for completeness ensuring that all the required information is received especially the age requirement to meet C.O.P.P.A requirements. If for some reason the application form is not filled in correctly and completely, the process will end here. We will notify you by e-mail of your ineligibility. If there are points of disqualification, the evaluation will be discontinued. We will notify the applicant by e-mail regarding the reason for disqualification.

Our evaluators will review your submission using the posted criteria on this site. All applicants shall receive notification by e-mail within a 21-day period regardless of the outcome of the site review. We will make every effort to adhere to this time line unless there are circumstances beyond our control, i.e. server or e-mail disruptions. All site review decisions are final. We will not accept letters of rebuttal.

All winners will receive a letter of congratulations and award graphic as an attachment. Applicants who are not successful earning one of our awards may reapply in 120 days after making the necessary changes to meet the required criteria. Submissions for an award upgrade may reapply for a higher-level award in 120 days after making necessary changes to meet the required criteria. Please indicate this on the application form as an award upgrade.

Platinum and Gold winners will be displayed using a screen shot and site description with links provided. Silver, Bronze and Merit winners will be displayed using a site description with links provided. At the end of each calendar year, winners will be transferred to the winners archive. We will maintain active links to these winning sites, providing that when URL changes occur we are notified.
